PATIENT REGISTRATION CLERK/RECEPTIONIST
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications for one full-time Patient Registration Clerk/Receptionist. This position represents the FSST Health Department as the focal point for all initial communications. Responsibility for this position will include registering patients who seek medical services from the FSST Health Clinic; receiving all incoming phone calls into the clinic and routes them to their appropriate destination. Strong computer skills are necessary to perform this position successfully. Previous experience in Customer Service/Patient Services is highly desirable. It requires someone who has one year of hospital/clinic registration or other medical office experience with strong verbal and written communication skills; someone who maintains a calm demeanor during a stressful situation. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and insurable by the FSST. Must pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening and background check.

Medical Claims Specialist
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications for one full-time Medical Claims Specialist. This position will be responsible for reviewing, researching and correcting all denied medical claims to include dental and pharmacy point of sale. This position requires computer experience, data entry and someone who is very reliable. It requires someone who has a minimum of two years billing and/or claims experience preferably in a medical setting. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. DIABETES COORDINATOR
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications for one full-time Diabetes Coordinator. This position will develop, implement, and coordinate the FSST Diabetic Program for Native Americans in collaboration with the Wellness Center Manager. The Diabetes Coordinator will be responsible for developing the Diabetes Management Grant Program to meet all the goals and objectives indentified therein. This will include working with the primary care provider to establish diabetic clinic visits, evaluations, treatment and education, monitoring, follow-up, and community outreach and education. Minimum of 2 year RN (4yr Preferred) or Registered Dietitian, all with a minimum of 5 years working with and providing diabetic services to the diabetic patient. COMMUNITY HEALTH REPRESENTATIVE
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications for one full-time Community Health Representative. This position will provide the community with preventative health education as well as in-home care as requested or referred by the health providers or at their discretion. Transport clients who meet the Community Transportation and Clinic guidelines to and from their scheduled medical appointments. This position must have computer experience to work with electronic health information forms, example PCC forms. This position must be certified in CPR, knowledgeable of first aid and other clinical policies on emergency care. Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs. and know the proper technique for lifting patients. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and insurable by the FSST, willing to travel in state or out of state when needed. Must be able to attend IHS/CHR or CNA training within 3 months of hire. Must pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening and background check.

SENIOR CITIZENS COORDINATOR
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications/resumes for one full-time Senior Citizen Coordinator. This position will conduct a well run, active program which is responsible to the needs of the participants, taking into consideration their physical and emotional well being. Maintain current and accurate records required for the program. The SC Coordinator will submit required reports in a timely manner to the Contract Administrator. Supervise the preparation and services of meals. This position is responsible for direct supervision of all staff and volunteers working at the center. Understands and appreciates the purpose of the Title VI Nutrition Program and remains loyal to its goals and the Advisory Council of the Elderly. Must have high school education or three years experience preferred and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
